Final bits of kit supplied by the very professional guys in Kountry Kit in Tavistock. What with the weather, decided that a good pair of Arcteryx trousers to keep the rain out would be a sensible procurement.

Walking around Tavistock collecting the last odds and ends gave me time to reflect on my last three years here. Tavistock is a picturesque market town, nestled into the western side of Dartmoor. I am unsure whether I will be returning here after the walk and the thought of leaving permanently leaves a certain sadness.
