Time 4 World Peace...

Alarm is set!
Just been speaking with an inspiring man called Timothy who founded this wonderful idea. Everyday, at 4pm..make peace in whatever way feels appropriate. Make up with someone you have fallen out with. Call a person who you haven't spoken with for a while. Make peace real at 4pm everyday. My alarm is now programmed for the walk..why not get involved too. Because remember...peace cannot be a top-down affair..it has to rise up from the foundations and grassroots.
